Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Cost: $12.95 USD
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping:
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Available for orders over $50 USD
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our premium baseball equipment and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your gear, our flexible return policy has you covered.

Our Return Promise

  • Returns and exchanges accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be in original condition: unused, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Adult & Ladies Batting Gloves (worn items cannot be resold)
  • Batting Helmets (safety equipment cannot be returned once opened)
  • Custom Baseball/Softball Uniforms (made-to-order items)
  • Clearance Items (marked as final sale)

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with:

  • Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Body:
    • Product Name
    • Reason for Return/Exchange
    • Preferred Resolution (Refund/Exchange)
    • Confirmation that item is in original condition

Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely with original packaging and include a copy of your order confirmation. Ship to:

Refund Process

  • Timing: Refunds processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • International Returns: Customs/duties fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

  • We’ll ship your replacement once we receive your return
  • Price differences will be adjusted (you’ll be invoiced or refunded as needed)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged/defective equipment (which is rare for our quality products):

  • Include photos of the damage/defect
  • We’ll arrange free return and expedited replacement
