Our Return Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in their original condition – unused, unwashed, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
- Adult & Ladies Batting Gloves (worn items cannot be resold)
- Batting Helmets (safety equipment cannot be returned once opened)
- Custom Baseball/Softball Uniforms (made-to-order items)
- Clearance Items (marked as final sale)
How to Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:
Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item securely with the original packaging and include a copy of your order confirmation. Affix the provided return label (if applicable) or ship to:

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- International Returns: Customs/duties fees are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return.
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll be invoiced for the difference.
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product (which is rare for our quality baseball equipment):
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll arrange for a free return and expedited replacement
